You have the right to request deletion of your personal data (right to erasure, Art. 17 GDPR), including data you provided via WhatsApp (Meta).
1. How to request deletion
- By email: write to hello@lastminute-adventure.com with the subject “DATA DELETION”, from the email address linked to your account, stating that you want your data deleted.
- From your account: if you have an account, you can also request it from your user profile.
- WhatsApp data: if you contacted us via WhatsApp, mention it in your request so we also delete the number and message history held by LMA.
We only ask for identity verification when strictly necessary to protect your account.
2. Processing time
We acknowledge within 24-48h and complete deletion within a maximum of 30 calendar days (extendable +60 days in complex cases, with notice). We email you a confirmation when done.
3. What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted: name, email, phone, preferences, activity history and account data. The WhatsApp number and message content held by LMA are removed.
- Kept anonymized/pseudonymized: minimal billing records (transaction ID, amount, date) must be kept for 5 years by law (Spanish Commercial Code + General Tax Law). After that period they are irreversibly deleted.
