LastMinuteAdventure ("LMA") connects Lanzarote-based tourism operators and restaurants with end users for last-minute bookings of leisure, gastronomy, nature and adventure activities.

For operational and liability purposes, LMA acts solely as a technological intermediary and is not a tour operator, nor a travel agency organizing or retailing package travel within the meaning of Spanish RDL 1/2007 or Directive (EU) 2015/2302. Full responsibility for the delivery, safety, insurance and compliance of each activity lies with the publishing operator.

4. Terms of use

Using the Site implies full acceptance of this Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Terms & Conditions. Unlawful use, malicious scraping and reverse engineering are prohibited.

5. Intellectual property

All Site content (text, images, code, the "LastMinuteAdventure" trademark, logo and the "MarkyT" character) belongs to the owner or licensed third parties. Reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited. Activity images are provided by operators, who warrant ownership.

6. Disclaimer of liability

LMA is not liable for:

• The actual delivery of booked activities (operator's responsibility).
• Service interruptions caused by force majeure.
• Errors in operator-submitted content.
• Weather-related cancellations of outdoor or sea activities.
• Malicious code introduced by third parties.
